PILOXING cardio fusion incorporates cutting edge research and fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina.
The PILOXING fitness classes uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates.


Sarah-Marie will guide you through 6 rounds, consisting of a 3-minute Base and a 2-minute drill. Each Base will take you through a whole new way of performing high intensity core strengthening exercises, influenced by boxing, functional training, cardio and plyometrics. The drills consist of dynamic classics with a hard-core twist – core twist, push-up with a burpee.

This 45 minute power workout includes warm-up, cool down, and the raw energy that made PILOXING famous. It’s sure to — Knock You Out!

THE MIX by Piloxing 

The newest addition to the Piloxing® family, The Mix was born in response to a growing interest in commercial dance, fueled by popular shows like “So You Think You Can Dance”. Well, we think that everyone can dance, and that showing up is much more important than showing off. We’re not gonna grade you based on rhythm, form, or execution, we just want you to have a fun workout in an encouraging environment where participation beats perfection anytime. Developed in partnership with local dancers and choreographers, this program brings you the latest moves from the dance scene in Los Angeles, the birthplace and constant trailblazer of commercial dance. Set to contemporary hits and iconic throwbacks, this program is all heart, all beat.

The benefits

Where do we start? Dance is one of the truly universal things that bring people together. No matter where you go on earth, you will find people dancing together – in clubs, at family gatherings, even spontaneously in the streets. We think it’s the most accessible way to exercise, because there are no barriers. You don’t have to be flexible, you don’t have to have perfect rhythm, you don’t have to know the steps ahead of time, you don’t even have to speak the same language as the people you’re dancing with. Dancing is about having fun. About expressing joy. About joining friends or perfect strangers in a mutual language that is free of expectations and demands. Dancing speaks for itself, and so does the positive impact it has on your body, mind, and soul. Even if you don’t get the rhythm, the rhythm gets you.
